Eagle Virtual: machine-readable use terms in RSL 1.0 form
(Really Simple Licensing, https://rslstandard.org/rsl). This document is
https://eaglevirtual.com/license.xml; robots.txt declares it with the
"License:" directive. It covers every page and data file on
https://eaglevirtual.com/ and the records the Eagle Virtual MCP server
returns, which cite /address/<address> pages on this host and carry this
document's URL in their metadata.license field.

Changed 2026-09-03. This document used to name
CC BY 4.0 as the standard under <payment type="attribution">. It could not:
CC BY 4.0 is irrevocable, permits commercial redistribution and derivative
works, and forbids adding conditions on top of it — so granting it and then
prohibiting ai-train, as this file did, granted the training right in the
same breath as reserving it. The human-readable license at
https://eaglevirtual.com/license is now the standard this points at, and it
says the same three things this file says: read and search freely, credit us
when you show our records to other people, and ask before training a model on
the record or redistributing it in bulk.

Terms: search and AI input (retrieval, grounding, answering) are permitted
with credit; AI training is not permitted without a written agreement.
